Meet the candidates for LLAA President
Diane Braunreiter Introduction
Hi Friends,
I didn’t realize how long my history on Lake Lucerne was until I just did the math 48 years! Tom and I became full-time residents 6 years ago, when I became involved in various activities – Friends of the Library, Master Gardeners, the LMT Snowmobile Club, and the LLAA as secretary. At this time I would like to come onboard again to share my time and talents. My priority has always been to be a caretaker of this lake. We’re all here because we enjoy the beauty of Lake Lucerne, and I will always be a part of trying to keep it clean and beautiful for the next generations to enjoy.

Jennifer Criel Introduction
I have been coming to Lake Lucerne my entire life with my family. Recently, my husband and 2 teenage sons built our own place on the lake. My intention as board member, if elected, is to protect the quality and recreational enjoyment of our wonderful lake. Some of my greatest memories are centered around this lake and I want future generations to make those same kinds of memories. I am a graduate from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and hold a senior leadership position with Alight Solutions, a company that is focused on enriching employee’s health, wealth and work.
Joe Heilmann Introduction
My family has been coming to Lake Lucerne since 1961. I have been coming here my whole life. I have enjoyed the lake with my grandparents, parents, kids, and grandkids. I have been on the board of directors for four years. I will continue to promote what is best for the lake. Vote Joe!
Thanks, Joe
Mark Orlovsky Introduction
My name is Mark Orlovsky and I am seeking the office of President of the Lake Lucerne Advancement Association. My wife Patty and I have been property owners for 18 years and full-time residents for 6 years. I am currently employed by Milwaukee Tool as a Senior Project Leader where I lead corporate construction/operations projects.
As a life member of the association while I have been in the background, I have been extremely active. Whether running the kitchen at Fun Days with Patty, chairing the annual golf outing, or leading the creation of the first lake protection grant, I see the lake as place where all can share no matter what your interests are.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions () regarding my vision of the LLAA and I ask for your vote as the next president
Jim Wienser Introduction
I have enjoyed Lake Lucerne since 1970, buying my first cabin in 1986. In 2020 I became a full-time resident on the lake. I am in my second term on the board and proud of what has been accomplished. If elected as your president I would have several priorities. Improve the boat landing with the DNR, continue the Fish stick project working with shoreline owners. Please join me in my efforts to preserve this Beautiful resource we have been blessed with.
